El grupo Camayihi propone un coordinador como cabeza visible de la organización del evento, pero manteniendo una jerarquía horizontal a nivel de la misma. Así mismo se le invita a todas las personas de la ciudad de Cúcuta y su área metropolitana a colaborar en dicho evento para seguir apoyando el Software Libre en la región.
